Constructive Dialogue Institute: Lesson 4: Welcome Diverse Perspectives

To build peace, we must be able to welcome and embrace diverse perspective.  As a part of the recognition of the highest value in using diverse perspectives, it is necessary to be self-aware, flexible intellectually, and possess wide knowledge in order to be able to view the world through the eyes of others (i.e., from the perspectives of various cultures and personalities).
