Constructive Dialogue Institute: Lesson 2: Uncover the Roots of our Differences

An aspect of constructive dialogue is the underlying differences between the individuals or groups involved.  Learning to overcome and even appreciate differences is vital for successful outcomes in dialogue.  Is it true that all people seek the good (Socrates)?  What are some common morals that may help us see how others are thinking?  How can we work to achieve common positive outcomes?
