Interlibrary Loan (ILL): Making ILL Requests

Information about the Ikeda Library's Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services

ILL e-Forms

In order to be sure materials get to you as quickly as possible, ILL requests are generally made through your library account. You will need to be logged in to fill out the request form or to request renewals of ILL materials.

To begin, click on the link below for the type of material you would like to request: a book, book chapter, or journal article.  Please note that we cannot request a whole journal issue.

You will be prompted to log in to your Ikeda Library account.  Enter your name and the number on the back of your Soka ID card that begins with 00000.  You will then be taken to an e-form that will ask you to fill in the information about the title you would like to request.  Please include as much information as possible.  You will be contacted once the materials have arrived or if the materials are not available from another library.

Interlibrary Loan

Ikeda Library provides Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services to current SUA students, faculty, and staff. Through this service, the SUA community may borrow books or journal articles from other libraries.  Ikeda Library makes the request to the lending libraries on behalf of our patrons, and by our participation in the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) network, the number of resources that are accessible to the SUA community increases significantly.

For any questions related to Ikeda Library’s Interlibrary Loan services, please contact Gosha Domagala.
