Number of reference and research questions answered at the Reference Desk in 2013/2014 academic year. 442 questions were from students, 58 from faculty, and 21 from staff.
Reference services and individual instruction sessions are offered to all SUA students, faculty, and staff. All walk-in inquiries, emails, e-forms, and phone calls are responded to in a timely manner.
Walk-in reference questions are welcomed and encouraged at the Ikeda Library. To walk-in with a reference question, approach the Reference Desk on the second floor of the library and ask the Reference Librarian on duty for assistance.
