What can we do as individuals and communities to break cycles of poverty, addiction, and mass incarceration? 

 

With Special Guest Grammy-nominated Aloe Blacc and 
Social Entrepreneurs from: The PhoenixCafé MomentumRising Tide Capital, and LIFT.

 

5 – 6 PM: Meet the activists, educators, business leaders, and students who are positively transforming lives and communities. Learn how each of us can engage and take actions to empower one another.

6 – 7+ PM: Celebration with food, art, activities, and conversation stations.
Food is provided by small, local vendors such as Tiyya, which creates critical resources for immigrants, refugees, and displaced indigenous communities.
