This year Ikeda Library and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) will host two events to recognize Constitution Day 2024.

U.S. & International Voter Registration - 9/17 & 9/18 in the Bistro from 11:30-1:30
Casting Votes, Shaping Nations Panel Discussion - 9/24 in the Grand Reading Room (IKE 400) from 5:00-6:30
- We're looking for 5-7 faculty, student, and staff panelists from different countries to discuss voting procedures and issues. If you're interested in participating, please click here for more details.

Absentee and Early Voting
Get your absentee ballot from your state or territory. Overseas U.S. citizens who used to live in the U.S. can vote absentee.

You have to be 18 years old or older on Election Day. You can register to vote in either your home state or here in California.
Voter ID Requirements
