Organizing and Maintaining Resources: Introduction

This LibGuide describes tools and strategies for organizing source citations for long term research projects.

Collecting and Organizing Sources Found During Research

As you progress through your chosen program or course of studies, you will find that you will often want to reference sources you have used before, or use a source that came up during your research, but that you did not end up using at the time.

  1. Web-based citation managers,
  2. Abstract filing, and
  3. Annotated bibliographies.
