Physical and Electronic Reserve Services

When the library is open, any library staff may retrieve the reserve items placed at the Circulation Desk. The loan period is uually 2 hours to 6 hours, unless otherwise specified by professors. Reserve items must be returned directly to the Circulation Desk to avoid any late fees. Reserve items must be returned to the Circulation Desk directly. They should not be dropped off in the return boxes since the boxes get checked only every several hours.

Students can make only one copy of the reserve for themselves; no mass copying for the entire class is allowed.

Recall: Due to the short loan period, reserve items cannot be recalled.
